Tim Flannery
Tim Flannery is an accomplished financial services executive with extensive experience spanning wealth management, investment advisory, and corporate operations leadership. As a former financial advisor and wealth management executive, Tim brings a unique blend of client-centered strategy and operational excellence to the financial sector.
During his tenure as Assistant Chief Operating Officer at SFMG Wealth Advisors, Tim led operations for a $1.3B SEC-registered, fee-only investment advisory practice serving high-net-worth clients across the United States. He directed a staff of 23 professionals across multiple departments including Client Services, Financial Planning, Trading, and Compliance, supporting nine senior wealth managers and more than 650 high-net-worth clients.
As a Financial Wealth & Investment Advisor and Business Owner at Edward Jones Financial, Tim built a successful advisory practice with full P&L responsibility for an $8.4M business, managing wealth and investments for individuals and business owners across 18 states. His expertise is complemented by financial industry credentials including Series 7 and Series 66 licenses.
Tim’s broader corporate leadership experience includes executive roles at BlackBerry, Express Scripts (Medco Health Solutions), and Aspect Software, where he consistently demonstrated exceptional financial management capabilities. As Senior Vice President at BlackBerry, he expertly managed a combined operational annual budget of $126M while protecting annual maintenance revenues of $167M.
A lifelong learner, Tim holds a BA from Rutgers University, an MBA from Baylor University’s Hankamer School of Business with an additional Graduate Certificate in Executive Communication and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Business Administration with a Finance concentration at Liberty University where his dissertation involves cryptocurrencies and investing. His educational background is further enhanced by specialized training in Lean Six Sigma methodologies and financial regulatory compliance.
Even more than his professional accomplishments, Tim values his role as a family man. He met his wife Linda, a former US Navy Air Traffic Controller, while stationed in Rota, Spain during his 15 years of service as an Intelligence Officer and a Search and Rescue Crewman in the US Navy. Together, they have raised three adult children—two daughters and a son—and recently welcomed their first grandchild. Tim’s global perspective, shaped by being raised in Hong Kong and living in five international locations globally, has given him a unique worldview that enhances both his personal life and professional approach.

Kacie Baxley is a seasoned educator, nonprofit leader, and organizational strategist with over 20 years of experience driving growth, engagement, and innovation across education, ministry, and community-based initiatives. With a background in communication disorders and deep expertise in adult learning, change management, and inclusive leadership, Kacie brings a unique blend of heart, vision, and operational excellence to every endeavor.
In her leadership roles across K–12 education systems, nonprofit organizations, and ministry teams, Kacie has successfully launched programs that serve diverse populations, foster equitable access, and build sustainable impact. She has directed multi-site teams, managed complex stakeholder relationships, and implemented professional development systems that increased staff performance and retention while aligning with strategic organizational goals.
As a certified adult educator and special education advocate, Kacie has designed and delivered high-impact learning experiences that center on empathy, emotional intelligence, and practical application. Her work in change management has equipped leaders and teams to navigate transitions with clarity, resilience, and purpose—whether in schools, community programs, or faith-based initiatives.
Her career is also marked by her commitment to servant leadership.
